SERVICES

At CALCOSA we provide a wide range of metalwork services, from manufacturing smaller parts to more complex structures. We offer different surface finishing options for parts, such as shot blasting with stainless steel particles, pickling, passivation and polishing.

FACILITIES

3,180 m2 production plant and overhead cranes bearing loads of up to 20 tonnes.

FORMING

Cutting, folding, bending, assembly and welding.

FINISHING PROCESSES

Vibratory stress relief and blast cabin for stainless steel and aluminium.

ADDITIONAL MACHINERY

Press, robotic turning machine, conventional lathe, radial drill, pneumatic tapping machine and hand tools.
